Returns and Exchanges
All returns must first be authorised. An authorisation may be provided by emailing us at email@example.com describing the reason for your return so we may determine if it is a legitimate return as per our terms below. Once authorised a return pick-up will then be scheduled by JaneRamsay.com
SALE ITEMS: As per above sale items may be returned. However please note there will be no change of mind return or exchange on items discounted 50% or more. Purchase on these items is deemed to be FINAL unless goods are found to have a manufacturing fault not identified or disclosed at time of purchase. If an item is found to have a major fault you may choose a refund or exchange. If the fault is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repairable you can choose a refund or replacement.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS: All promotional offers are non-redeemable for cash and are valid for the duration of the offer only. No rainchecks or extensions in relation to returns.
ALL OTHER PURCHASES: If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 15 calendar days of receipt for an online merchandise credit or refund.
As Jane Ramsay is not responsible for exchange rates, bank charges, customs duties and sales taxes these are non-refundable. Although you may be able to recover customs duties and sales taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly and they may advise you as every country differs in this regard.
Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to process. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately is outside our influence. Please note also any charges associated with your credit card or currency exchange from/to our default currency are outside our control and are the personal responsibility of the card holder.
Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) where possible with the tags attached. Shoes should be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.
Because we cannot be responsible for packages independently mailed to us, please do NOT use an unauthorised mail service. After we have AUTHORISED your return we will schedule a return pick-up and advise you of all details. Although we endeavour to process returns ASAP, please allow up to 2 weeks from pick-up for your return or exchange to be processed. We will email you once your return has been processed. Returns should be sent along with your invoice / returns form to the address below:

If you would like to exchange an item, to avoid disappointment and ensure your exchange item is in stock, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. It is also helpful at this time to send us an email notifying of your return & subsequent re-purchase. When we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you an email.
Returns on Faulty Items should be made within 6 months of the date of purchase. A faulty item is one that is due to a manufacturing fault or one that does not meet the Consumer Guarantee that the goods be of acceptable quality and level of performance appropriate to their description and price. All Jane Ramsay items are delicate items, constructed using delicate fabrications requiring care. As such all faulty claims should be submitted within 6 months from the date of purchase.
