Who's afraid of buying online?

For many of our loyal customers buying online is a new experience so we want to address the top 3 concerns.

#1 Will it FIT?
This is a big one! "It looks good on the model, and it says she is a size S but what does that mean? I don’t have a tape measure so even the provided measurements do not help?” If this sounds familiar we suggest you email or Live Chat with your questions and concerns. Tell us what size you generally wear for top AND bottom, and a little about any areas that generally concern you. For example for me, I generally fit a standard Australian size 10, and a standard US size 6, and if I ever have an area of concern it is my thighs (arghhh!) so I need to know if a style is cut narrower here. Once we know these details we can advise you about your fit and we are more than happy to answer any or as many questions as you wish. And we do it quickly:D
 
#2 How long will it take to receive it & will it cost extra?
We believe online shopping should be as easy as possible with no hidden costs. Shipping is FREE for our local Hong Kong area, and ALL other countries for purchases over $100. All approved Returns are also free. We ship from Hong Kong and you generally receive your goods within a few days to capital city destinations (maybe a day or 2 longer for provincial or rural areas). You can also opt to pay for Express shipping to receive your goods faster. Most of our customers tell us they received their goods quicker than anticipated, and it is SOoo fun to receive your their product in the mail! We also provide you with a secure tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

#3 Is it safe to enter my credit card details online?
Our website is also security encrypted which means that all your purchasing information is safe and secure. Even we do not have access to your credit card information - that is between you and your bank - all we know is if your payment has been securely received and by which means you paid (e.g.. Visa, MasterCard, Paypal).
