Name: Sidney Jane Anning (18)
Home: On acreage in Fig Tree Pocket, Brisbane. Looking forward to moving and experiencing more of what the city has to offer.
Occupation: Currently in my 2nd year at University studying a Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Law. I’m also nannying to support myself through uni (and to aid my shopping addiction:-).
My style is: Young, fresh, nothing grungy. I like to build my wardrobe on basics that’ll last for years and buy the occasional sequined top or patterned short to mix things up.
Favourite Jane Ramsay Piece: The Sophie Sequin top. It can be easily dressed up or down to suit the occasion.
What are you listening to: Everybody Talks, Neon Trees
Fave music style: I really only listen to music at the gym, so anything upbeat that keeps me motivated and in the mood.
After a hard day: I like to drink tea out on the back deck
At party’s you’ll find me: Laughing, meeting new people and teeing up the next party!
I’m inspired when: I can visualize a positive end result
What’s always with you/Can’t live without: An empty wallet that I’m always exploring ways to fill☺
Favourite Colour: My colour palette consists of mainly neutral colours with splashes of colour here and there.
Favourite Place: Anywhere I’m surrounded by my friends and family.
Best shopping: Melbourne and London (as I’ve recently discovered)
Favourite artist: Michael Zavros
Necessary extravagance: French gel pedicure
I just read: A torts textbook, women’s health magazine
My guiltiest pleasure: Watching reruns of Sex in the City whilst proof-reading a business assignment
My life motto is: You’re never fully dressed without a smile
My Mother always told me: You can decide whether or not you want to have a good day. It is your decision, when you wake up in the morning!
I grew up listening to: Norah Jones & Dean Martin
How do you work out: Most days on a treadmill.
